Chief Executive Officer
François Schnyder, CFA, is the Chief Executive Officer at Fides. Prior to joining Fides, he spent 30 years at Credit Suisse/UBS in a variety of leadership positions focused on private, corporate, and institutional banking. As Fides’ CEO, Schnyder is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and working with the leadership team and Board of Directors to ensure operational success. A Chartered Financial Analyst®, Schnyder holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Freiburg and an MBA from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
Philip Anklin
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
Philip Anklin is the Chief Growth Officer at Fides. Anklin has more than twenty years of front-line experience in the banking and the financial services industry. As Fides' CGO, Anklin is responsible for leading the company’s global business development, client relations, client success, strategic partnerships, and marketing & communications teams. Anklin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and a Master in Business Intelligence from the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden.
Bernhard Kaiser
CHIEF Digital OFFICER
Bernhard Kaiser is the Chief Digital Officer at Fides. Kaiser has many years of experience in senior IT roles within fintechs and the airline industry. As CDO at Fides, he is responsible for the planning and strategic management of the information technology used within the company. Kaiser holds a post-graduate degree in economics from the University of Freiburg.
Manuel Karg

Manuel Karg is the Chief Client Officer at Fides. He has extensive experience in the banking, IT, and fintech industries, having held numerous senior roles. As the CCO of Fides, Karg is responsible for Client Services, Project Management und Implementation Services. He holds a master's degree in business informatics from OTH Regensburg.
Beat Rüfenacht
Chief Risk Officer and Chief of Staff
Beat Rüfenacht is the Chief Risk Officer and Chief of Staff at Fides. He brings more than a decade of experience with the company, along with a strong background in banking and fintech. As Fides’ CRO and CoS, Rüfenacht oversees the firm’s risk and compliance framework while driving strategic initiatives and coordinating key projects. Rüfenacht completed multiple Certificate of Advanced Studies programs at HWZ Zurich, focusing on corporate governance and process management.
